How do I book on Spot?

Open a salon page, choose a service, a team member if available, then a slot. The booking is confirmed after signing in or creating an account.

Are availabilities up to date?

Spot displays the slots sent by partner salons. If a salon changes its schedule, visible availability can change.

Where can I find my appointments?

Sign in and open My appointments. You will find upcoming, past and cancelled appointments there.

Can I move or cancel an appointment?

When online cancellation or rescheduling is still allowed, the action appears in the appointment details. Otherwise, contact the salon directly.

Is an account required?

Yes. An account lets you complete a booking, find your history and secure contact information.

How do I update my information?

From My account, you can update personal information and manage account security.

Salons and availability

Why are some salons not visible?

The marketplace displays salons whose public page is active and bookable. Salons may also be absent if their configuration is incomplete.

How do I find a salon near me?

Use Discover or search to filter by category, city or map.

Open the Become a partner page, learn about Spot Pro, then create your professional workspace.

How much does Spot Pro cost?

Spot Solo costs €9.45 per month or €94.50 per year for one professional. Spot Team costs €6.45 per professional per month or €64.50 per professional per year, for 2 to 15 professionals. Both include 14 free days without a card.
